Terms and Condition

1. VisitChinaGuide.org is a high-quality guaranteed China travel agent with good reputations among tourists. Thank you for contacting us and visiting our web site for some professional advices to your China travel plans.
   By becoming a customer of VisiChinaGuide team, it means that you accept and acknowledge the following "Terms and Conditions". VisitChinaGuide reserves the right to update to the Terms and Conditions with or without notice.
   

Quotation:

1. The tour price includes:

   3. Entrance fees for sightseeing as outlined in tour itinerary.
   4. Excellent local English-speaking tour guides and drivers.
   5. Two bottles of drinking water a day a person.
   6. Meals specified in tour itinerary.

   7. Accommodating in 4-star hotel with breakfast.
   8. Government taxes.
   9, Special Tibet Travel Permit fee.
4. The tour price excludes:

   3. Insurance on cancellation of booking.
   4. Personal expenses.
   5. Tips for your professional tour guides and drivers.
   6. The expenses on optional tour arrangements recommeded in tour itinerary.

Reservation and Payment:

1. The fixed exchange rate is USD1.00 equates to CN Yuan 6.60.

2. The reservation deposit	The reservation deposit 20% tour amount per person (if the first deposit is less than 50 USD, we charge 50 USD net per person) should be paid upon your confirmation. The transfer charge is on your own. All the tour arangements for your tour will not be setteled until the deposit reaches to our bank account.
   The final payment	Deduct the reservation deposit charge from the total tour amount, the final / rest payment should be paid 90 days prior to your departure day by check or 30 days prior to your departure day by cable transfer, PayPal or Western Union. The transfer charge is on your own.

Paypal

1.    You are new to PayPal, and prefer to have a PayPal account.	It is easy and free to register as a new user. And then you can pay by your PayPal account follow the usual system.
   Pay money via PayPal’s web site by using Credit cards.	In addition to VISA card & Master card, PayPal accepts local credit cards in different countries also.

1. Please go to the Western Union Money Transfer to transfer the money with the following information. It is much faster in several minutes than to deposit through banks in several days.

3. Important notice: Due to different bank system between China and foreign countries, it needs quite a long time to cash the check in our bank, so paying by check needs you 90 days prior to the tour.

Changes and Cancellations

1. 1. For any changes made 50 days prior to the confirmed tour, the client may enjoy our free change options.
2. 2. The cancellation penalty will be a certain percentage of the tour price.
   30 days before tour begins--- 25% of the tour price;
   21days before tour begins--- 30% of the tour price;
   15 days before tour begins--- 40% of the tour price;
   07 days before tour begins--- 50% of the tour price;
   06 days before tour begins--- 80% of the tour price;
3. 3. After the tour begins, any extra charges caused by clients' changes will be added, as air cancellation fee, hotel cancellation penalty, etc. Any unused portion is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
4. 4. If the client cancels the trip, the client must notify us by mail or by fax. We calculate your refund on the day when we receive the written cancellation by Beijing time. All refunds to the client will be processed within 20 days of receipt of your cancellation.

Travel Documents Inquired

1. Customers of VisitChinaGuide must have a valid passport, China visa, and a special travel permits required in places are not open to foreign tourists. Technically, VisitChinaGuide would assist you in abtaining the required travel documents. We do not accept any responsibility for the failure to apply for a certain documents for customers.

Health Requirements

1. Tourism involves many aspects of social organs, which may pose threats to human security and property safety. The tourists are best advised to be fully prepared for all kinds of potential risks that they may face all along the way, and make sure that they meet the health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited, such as the vaccination, the health condition, etc.
   Due to Tibet's high altitudes, many visitors from low-altitude areas suffer from altitude sickness which include headache, loss of appetite, and a tendency to have no energy until their bodies adjust to the high terrain. Being healthy before going to Tibet, most of the symptoms of altitude sickness can be avoided.
