Victoria Peak Garden

It’s worth repeating the peak trip at night as the illuminated view is spectacular if the weather cooperated. Don’t just admire the view from the top-wander up Mt Austin Rd to Victoria Peak Garden or take the more leisurely stroll around Lugard and Harlech Rds; together they make a complete circuit of the peak. You can walk right down to Aberdeen on the southern side of the island or you can try Old Peak Rd for a few kilometers (return) to Central. The more energetic may want to walk the Hong Kong Trail, which runs along the top of the mountainous spine of Hong Kong Island from the Peak to Big Wave Bay.
