Before travelling and meeting you we had doubts about booking this trip via internet. But after we met you and saw the quality of the service our doubts quickly vanished. You offered 4 star hotels, guiding and other services. But what we got was 4 star hotels and 5 star guiding and other services. We had a really good time in Beijing, Xian,Lhasa and Shanghai. Hello Mike, We are back to our very busy lives of demanding jobs and raising two young boys, so I'll have to keep this short! In general, we liked all of the meals that were prearranged. As I think you have figured out what "Westerners" like to eat. At the times when we needed to order ourselves, and it was great experience to order Chinese dishes! But it was nice that we could try several things, and we had plenty to eat.The drivers were all very professional and accommodating. All of the guides were very nice. Our guide in Shanghai, Jane, was OUTSTANDING! She is very personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and we really enjoyed our time with her and exploring Shanghai and around. That was our favorite part of the trip. We wish we could have spent more time there. You are very fortunate to have someone of her talent and expertise working with your company! We have several friends who would like to visit China. I will definitely tell them to contact www. topchinatours.net and will make sure they ask for Jane to be their guide in Shanghai. We had an amazing time. I think we all liked Wolong the best. We got to play with 6 1-year old cubs...Wow was that fun. My whole foot was being chewed on by a panda...how cool is that? And we all loved Tibet. We wound up getting there a day late because of flight problems. Air China put us up in Chengdu for the extra night at the Homeland Hotel. What a gorgeous new hotel. Then early early the next morning they got us to Lhasa. Have you been to Lhasa? Such a beautiful, friendly place. Our guides everywhere were excellent and went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip. CITS did a great job....particularly YOU. Thanks again for everything!!! I want to take this opportunity to let you know how much I enjoyed my trip to China! The scenery was absolutely gorgeous. Every day had many beautiful sites and the days had variety to them as well. My husband and I have returned today from a holiday in China. I feel I must write to say how much we enjoyed our trip. The tour was very well organized. The local guides were wonderful hosts, especially the young woman in Beijing, who’s background in art history makes the palace and its artwork come alive.
