In the morning fly to Kunming, the capital of the Yunnan province. The city has 2 Million inhabitants and lies at an elevation of 2000 meter. Kunming is referred to as the “Spring City”, as the temperature is about 24°C all year round. Today you will visit the Bamboo Temple, the Bird and Flower market and the Yuantong Temple.

Gyantse is a town in Tibet. In the morning visit the Pelkhor Chöde Monastery with 10,000 Images Stupa, which founded in 15th centure. Then, go to Shigatse, which is 90 km from Gyantse. Shigatse is the second largest town in Tibet. You will visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery and have a walk in the Tibetan Market in the afternoon.
