In the morning fly to Kunming, the capital of the Yunnan Province. The city has 2 million inhabitants and lies in a height of 2000 m. The average temperature is about 24°C in the whole year. Yunnan is the province has the most ethnic groups in China. Over 20 ethnic minorities live here. You will visit the Bamboo Temple and the Bird Flower Market.

In the morning take 4 hours’ bus to Halong Bay. There you can enjoy the beautiful karst land scenery with caves, grots, etc. It is called “the Guilin on the Sea” and being looked as the most beautiful landscape symbol of Vietnam (about 170 km). In the afternoon take boat to travel the Halong Bay which was recognized as World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 1994. You’ll have your lunch with selected Vietnamese Sea Fruits on board. Then back to Hanoi. |
